1. If the single corrugating is on the glue surface, the gap between the pressure roller and the corrugating roller is too small. When the paper is bonded with the inner paper, the inner paper and the corrugated paper will be crushed and broken. If the temperature of the corrugating roller and pressure roller is high, the corrugated paper will be cracked greatly. At the same time, the inner paper will be squeezed and cracked, forming a fracture phenomenon. The common phenomenon is that the inner paper has black lines.
2. The corrugation design is unreasonable: the matching of R and R can not meet the demand of thick paper. This kind of situation is easy to appear in e-corrugation and b-corrugation. When producing high gram weight corrugated paper, the corrugation is not easy to form, which will increase the pressure of the corrugating rod, resulting in the breaking and damage of the corrugated paper.
3. New roll high-speed inner paper cracking: poor surface finish, surface roughness, resulting in uneven pressure, resulting in cracking.
4. The inner paper is broken when receiving paper: the paper receiving machine and the brake do not control the tension of the corrugated paper in time. When the water content of the base paper is too large and the tension is too small, the corrugating forming is not good, resulting in cracking.
5. No paper machine: corrugated paper tension is relatively large.
6. Corrugated eccentric serious imbalance.
7. The inner paper is broken when the core is small: when the brake * is small, it is possible that the paper holder thimble is unbalanced and mechanically locked, resulting in the rupture of the base paper due to excessive tension.
