一、聚丙烯(PP)

抗沖擊能力差(在高載重條件下容易斷裂),強度好,耐侯(抗老化,抗紫外線等)時間短,耐高溫,收縮率小,托盤行業(yè)很少使用。

二、拉絲薄膜料
2、 Drawing film material
拉絲薄膜料托盤的機械強度約為共聚聚丙烯料托盤的百分之七十左右,雖然韌性好,但是在使用過程中容易發(fā)生彎曲,透光和抗表面老化性能不及共聚聚丙烯料托盤,如果在制造薄膜料托盤時沒有添加足夠的抗老化材料,時間稍長就容易在強烈的陽光下過早地發(fā)生表面龜裂、脆化等現(xiàn)象。薄膜料制造出的托盤透氣性及傳導(dǎo)熱量的速度都比共聚聚丙烯大,也就是說再冬天容易變脆,從而在使用過程中容易發(fā)生斷裂等現(xiàn)象,在無形中也就增加了使用成本。

即:高密度低壓聚乙烯(HDPE)其特點是:耐候(即:抗老化,抗紫外線等)時間長;強度較好,抗沖擊能力適中;但耐低溫性能差,低溫或超負(fù)荷使用及撞擊的情況下易發(fā)生斷裂;收縮率較大,溫差過大或周轉(zhuǎn)頻繁易老化過快。

四、共聚聚丙烯(EPS30R)

為了更好的滿足客戶的需求,威海都程塑料有限公司于2005年初研制成功以共聚聚丙烯為原材料的托盤。此材料又稱改性聚丙烯(EPS30R),是在聚丙烯分子中添加聚乙烯的分子單體,使其性能兼具了以上兩種原材料的優(yōu)點,達(dá)到做載重塑料托盤的標(biāo)準(zhǔn);并使使用壽命延長8-15年。共聚聚丙烯特點是:抗沖擊性能強,強度較好,也就是說由此材料制造出的托盤韌性強,同時又不容易發(fā)生彎曲;耐低溫,耐候(抗老化,抗紫外線等)時間長,收縮率小。在北方地區(qū),冬季氣溫低,且冬夏溫差大,容易使塑料托盤變脆發(fā)生斷裂,加快老化速度;而共聚聚丙烯托盤正是彌補這一不足,從而達(dá)到更好的使用效果,也就從根本上降低了使用成本,是托盤行業(yè)更新?lián)Q代的材料。

In northern China, the low temperature in winter and the large temperature difference between winter and summer can easily make the plastic tray brittle and fracture, and accelerate the aging speed; and the copolypropylene tray is to make up for this deficiency, so as to achieve the best use effect, and fundamentally reduce the use cost, which is the preferred material for pallet industry upgrading.
五、回收塑料
5、 Recycled plastics
回收塑料制作的托盤,顏色較暗,低廉,但其耐候(抗老化,抗紫外線等)時間短,強度較弱,抗沖擊能力差,耐低溫性能差(受力容易斷裂,使用周期短),使用成本遠(yuǎn)高于前三種材料。
