紙板的厚度也是紙箱外觀重缺陷檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)日之一。紙板的厚度指標(biāo)如何,直接影響到紙板的邊壓強(qiáng)度、戳穿強(qiáng)度和抗壓強(qiáng)度等性能,而影響紙板厚度指標(biāo)的原因有多種情況,如瓦楞輥齒尖(頂)部位磨損變低、導(dǎo)紙片沒有調(diào)整好、單面機(jī)的速度過快、外界壓力過高以及瓦楞輥溫度偏低等。若瓦楞紙板厚度偏薄的話,它的邊壓強(qiáng)度、戳穿強(qiáng)度和抗壓強(qiáng)度等性能,也將相應(yīng)下降。瓦楞紙板的楞型不同,厚度也有所差異。

If the thickness of corrugated board is too thin, its edge compressive strength, puncture strength and compressive strength will also decrease accordingly. Corrugated board has different corrugated type and thickness.
瓦楞紙板厚度是指在一定壓力下瓦楞紙板上下面間的垂直距離,實(shí)驗(yàn)室通常采用瓦楞紙板厚度計(jì)檢測(cè)紙板的厚度,測(cè)量時(shí),選擇紙板上無損壞、無壓痕、無塌瓦的若干部位(距邊緣不小于50mm)作為檢測(cè)點(diǎn),分別置于測(cè)量頭與量砧之間進(jìn)行測(cè)量,并分別讀取百分表的測(cè)量數(shù)值。取樣數(shù)量一般為10個(gè),較后,求其平均值,即為檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果。紙板的厚度大,紙箱的垂直抗壓和平面抗壓性能相應(yīng)也就高。所以,瓦楞紙板的厚度指標(biāo),是生產(chǎn)過程中不可忽視的檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目。

三、邊壓強(qiáng)度

一定寬度的試樣,單位長度所能承受的壓力叫邊壓強(qiáng)度,它是指承受平行于瓦楞方向壓力的能力。按照有關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),邊壓強(qiáng)度的試樣從3個(gè)桿箱中,每個(gè)分別切取3塊無機(jī)械壓痕、無印刷痕跡和損壞的試樣,試樣的瓦楞方向應(yīng)為短邊,試樣規(guī)格為25mm x100mm,誤差±0.5mm。這就要求取樣器的刀口應(yīng)保持的鋒利,并且刀架上的刀片,安裝位置要合適,刀刃口與刀槽所成角度可調(diào)整45°為適。

此外,刀尖不可碰擦到刀槽底部,防止刀口彎曲變形,使切取出來的試樣邊緣瓦楞容易出現(xiàn)損壞和起毛現(xiàn)象,影響檢測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性。邊壓強(qiáng)度的換算公式為:R= F/L x 103。式中:R為瓦楞紙板試樣邊緣的抗壓強(qiáng)度,用N/m表示:F是試樣壓潰時(shí)讀取的力值;L是試樣長邊的尺寸,單位是mm。原紙的環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度和紙板的粘合強(qiáng)度如何,很大程度上決定著紙板的邊壓強(qiáng)度。

四、粘合強(qiáng)度

瓦楞紙板的面紙、里紙、芯紙和波型瓦楞紙的楞峰粘合程度,在一定單位長度內(nèi)經(jīng)施加測(cè)試所能承受的較大剝離力,叫做瓦楞紙板的粘合強(qiáng)度。粘合強(qiáng)度的檢測(cè),主要是檢驗(yàn)瓦楞紙板裱貼的牢度,A型瓦楞紙板的檢測(cè),剝離架的插針應(yīng)采用中3mm,而B、C型瓦楞紙板的瓦楞孑L較細(xì),剝離架的插針則應(yīng)采用①2mm比較合適。剝離架上的每根插針應(yīng)正好對(duì)準(zhǔn)瓦楞槽口的部位,且間距調(diào)相等后,將各只螺絲擰緊固定。粘合強(qiáng)度的檢測(cè)樣塊,要求取12塊,即從3個(gè)樣箱中分別各取4塊,其瓦楞方向?yàn)槎踢叺?即25mm),材質(zhì)完好無損,無脫膠、無起泡的樣塊。

五、戳穿強(qiáng)度
